Hello excellent service from customer service to installation they let me make payments on security doors throughout the year at my leisure no interest that was great for me and they installed my steel entry doors in ( yr 1997) there still in good shape I highly recommend defender steel door. Thank you !!!

The Defender Steel Door Co. made my family feel more secure when our new door arrived. We were in the middle of a remodel and were unexpectedly hit with the news that our old storm door would need to be replaced. The old door was a heavy steel door. I called around to other companies and was either given an outrageous price for a steel door or they were aluminum. I called Defender and the young lady directed me to their website to show me what I could get in different price groups. Because this was a rear door, we weren’t looking for something ornate. They promptly sent over their rep. to measure. We were told the order would take approx.7 weeks because of the holidays, but they completed and installed in 5 weeks. We love our new door!

I will definitely use Defender Steel Door again the looks great and better than that it was installed perfectly blocks out the cold maybe next year get a door for the front.

I had used Defender several years ago and decided to give them a call when I decided to replace my doors. I had three doors installed and the process was smooth and went real well. I especially like the installer — he did a great job — and was very professional and friendly. I am totally satisfied with the doors and the process to install them. Would recommend Defender to anyone who is looking to replace doors. In fact going to call them for my next door installation.
