I purchased a storm door about 2 weeks ago and when installation day came I saw this older gentlemen pull up and I was like OMG this man needs help so I called my husband to come help him. But he refused the help. However, looks can be deceiving!!! This man move better than my husband he was so professional and quick and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. I was impressed with him and I told him that I want him to install my next door.

I had a very good experience with this company. Bob explained the kind of different doors they offered, and they have a nice selection of them. The door I purchased was installed within 4 weeks time. The installer, Jim, did a great job!

I called to schedule an appointment and had a salesmen arrive within the same week. Approximately 2 weeks later I had a new security door installed. The salesman was informative and punctual. The installer also took pride in his work and did an excellent job.

With all the window and door companies in a large metropolitan area it can hard to choose whom to go with. Defender has been in business for a long time so we decided to get our estimate. The entire project went well from initial consultation to installation completion.

We needed a new door and two windows. The salesman arrived on time and was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He provided pricing information on the styles we liked, and we are satisfied with the products and how the project proceeded.

Our door and windows continue to perform perfectly and we are happy with our purchase.

They are the best at what they do!!!!!! Everytime I called regarding my order or installation date the Customers Service was GREAT!!!!!, very friendly and polite made me feel like family, No matter whom I spoke with. Pam was awesome when it came to each question that I asked she had the answer that made me feel great about my decision of using this company. Thanks Pam!!!!

Jim the young man that actually install my screen & front door was AWESOME!!!!! He’s very friendly, GREAT at his job, he was truly all work and no play when it came to my doors, Thanks Jim. NO COMPLAINTS!!!!! when it comes to Defender Steel Doors. Most DEFINITELY will be using this company again real soon.
